Before filing a bug you require an account (incl. EMail-adress) in the SMWforum!
Read here how to create an account: creating an account in the SMWforum.
If you already have an account then you must log in before filing a bug.

You can file in the SMWbugzilla:

  1. software bug in your SMW+ or the Halo extension installation,
  2. software bug in the SMWforum or
  3. an issue with an article of the SMWforum.

Choose a link from the table below which best suits your situation (remember to read the guidelines for filing a software bug before):

Please also remember to give the following information:

  • A description of the bug (If possible the scenario or an example we can use to reproduce the bug)
  • The version number (from version Halo 1.4.4 select SMW+)
  • The category or component (Access Control List, Advanced Annotation Mode etc.)
  • The browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, other)
  • Operating System (Windows, Linux, other)
  • Installation or URL of installation
  • Fingerprint (details about your installation, you may find information on the special page "Special:Version" of your wiki)

Please also remember to give the following information:

  • A description of the bug (If possible the scenario or an example we can use to reproduce the bug)
  • Your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, other)

  • URL: FULL URL of the article in question


Note: Don't use special characters in the title of the bug!!!
